Refund Policy Update from Airlines

Dear Customers,

Due to the COVID-19 impact and high volume of requests, many airlines have changed the refund policy.

As per revised policy, Airlines are not offering full refund. Instead, Airlines are offering free of cost limited reissue option or future credit with a validity period. We request you to contact airline directly with the PNR details if they want to avail the future credit facility. 

However, we will continue to help with the re-issue option based on the airline guidelines.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation initiated by the customer 4 hours before the departure time:

  • IndiGo will process a partial refund after deducting airline cancellation penalty fees in the form of agency fund-transfers.

Cancellation initiated by the customer within 4 hours of departure or after the departure time:

  • IndiGo will process a refund of unutilized taxes in the form of agency fund-transfers.

Flight suspended by IndiGo:

  • IndiGo will process a full refund on all such flights in the form of a credit shell. This can be viewed by retrieving the booking from the IndiGo Website/APP/Indigo call-center.

SpiceJet

Booking Date: All

Departure Date: On or After 26th May 2020

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation initiated by the customer 4 hours before the departure time:

  • Spicejet will process a partial refund after deducting airline cancellation penalty fees in the form of agency fund-transfers.

Cancellation initiated by the customer within 4 hours of departure or after the departure time:

  • Spicejet will process a refund of unutilized taxes in the form of agency fund-transfers.

Flight suspended by Spicejet:

  • Spicejet will process a full refund on all such flights in the form of a credit shell. This can be viewed by retrieving the booking from the Spicejet Website/APP/Spicejet call-center.

GoAir

Booking Date: On or After 11th March 2020

Departure Date: On or After 26th May 2020
